For the price, this hotel is an absolute steal. It offers great value for money, especially considering the beautiful historical mansion it is housed in. The location in a very wealthy suburb some way from the centre of Berlin is a real treat. The neighbourhood boasts astonishing mansions that are a pleasure to ogle. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay for guests. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and clean. The bunk beds, although a bit uncomfortable at the head due to the iron stretching out of the bed's frame, are still decent.
All was satisfactory in this hotel. No complaints whatsoever.

My Xmas stay exceeded expectations. The clean and green surroundings offered a peaceful atmosphere. The staff does a great job of keeping everything orderly and clean. The price was very cheap, which included a good breakfast for an added cost. The internet was fast and easy to use. , I appreciated the personal reception that was available in the evening. to free parking, the hotel is located close to main roads, which made getting around easy.
While the hotel is located in a lovely, quiet area, it is a bit far from the city center, which makes it difficult to enjoy a night out. , the WiFi was quite expensive and there was no free option available.

We had a truly extraordinary experience at Jugendgastehaus St.-Michaels-Heim. The castle-like atmosphere created an inspiring and authentic vibe that made our stay truly memorable. The surrounding nature and church added to the charm, and we loved the bridge near the hotel with its impressive dragon and half-woman creatures. Having a three-person room to ourselves was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering tips on local attractions. our stay here was worth every penny. I can't wait to come back!

Located in a peaceful residential area near a beautiful forest, this low budget hotel is a perfect spot for a calm stay. the shared bathrooms were clean and easily accessible from our room. Staff was attentive and available 24 hours, ready to help and solve any issues we faced. the breakfast was simply amazing, with high-quality ingredients that reflected the nearby bio food store. the hotel rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities and the free parking space was a great add-on.
The outdated interior design of the rooms was a little disappointing compared to their modern renovation.

This hotel in a very wealthy suburb is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable for a room that is small but clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail is evident in the cleanliness of the rooms and the basic amenities provided. The location is very pleasant, with some astonishing mansions to ogle in the neighborhood. It's also conveniently situated close to the nearest S-Bahn station, making it easy to explore the center of Berlin.
All was fine and no improvements needed.

The best aspects of my stay were the quiet location and the friendly staff. the hotel is situated in a peaceful residential area, which was great for a restful holiday. the hotel staff spoke good English and were always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had.
The worst aspects of my stay were the basic room and the lack of nearby food options. the room was quite basic, which I expected for the price, but it would have been nice to have a bit more comfort.

The staff here were really helpful and friendly, I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. the location was great, with good transport links and lots of greenery around. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast came with a range of different options - something for every taste.
The beds were really uncomfortable, which made for some restless nights. It would have been nice to have some communal areas to hang out in, like a living room or games room.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities.
One drawback of the hotel was the lack of socializing opportunities, as it was quite large and didn't offer many common areas to interact. the wifi had to be paid for, which was a disappointment.
